Este mall contara con toda una nueva área dedicada a marcas de lujo. El re-diseño completo de esta área comprende la creación de un lenguaje arquitectónico basado en los materiales del lugar y un sentido de permanencia, escala íntima y exclusividad. El diseño comprende un plafón que como organismo va adaptándose a los espacios existentes y dotando de una imagen integradora. El proyecto incluye una plaza y un café, diseño de paisaje y fuentes. Se trabajará con materiales y vegetación del lugar y productos con contenidos reciclados.

 

Located in the heart of Cancun’s touristic area, the existing mall of La Isla will undergo a major renovation to create a new high-end retail mall called Fashion harbor. The complete re-design of this area will comprehend the creation of an architectural language based on materials found in the region, as well as a sense of permanence and luxury through an intimate scale and natural features. The design includes a ceiling screen that ties the existing spaces while providing sun shade and a continuous character. The Project includes a new square with a coffee house, landscaping and fountains.
